Download the flyer here.

As we approach the official launch of the openIMIS 2026-10 Release, we are conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of usability and functionality.

We are looking for dedicated participants to provide real-world validation of our latest features.

It’s easy to join the testing activities - and it’s a great learning experience. Just send an email to [email protected] and express your interest.

Scope of testing

The UAT will focus on the core enhancements introduced in the October 2026 Release, specifically:

  • Enhanced User Interface (UI): Validating the new navigation patterns and dashboard accessibility.
  • Core Workflows: End-to-end testing of enrolment, claims processing, and payment modules.
  • Mobile Readiness: Assessing performance and data entry efficiency on mobile devices (crucial for field-based students).
  • Modular Interoperability: Ensuring seamless data exchange between new and existing modules as per the latest technical documentation.

Requirements

Who can join: Students (Public Health, IT, or Development), administrative staff, and current openIMIS users.

Time commitment: Approximately 4 to 6 hours total, which can be completed throughout the testing window.

Technical requirements: Access to a computer or smartphone and a stable internet connection. No prior coding knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute predefined test scenarios.
  • Report bugs and UI/UX friction points via the [Atlassian/Jira] portal.
  • Participate in a brief feedback survey at the end of the process.

Participants will receive a certificate of appreciation serving as evidence of their experience in UAT.

Write an e-mail to [email protected] to express your interest in participating.
